City & County Government

City and County Government have been increasingly challenged with environmental regulations. Many times a municipality is not large enough to an in-house environmental professional. Sierra Piedmont is able to work with municipalities to create environmental management systems and processes that are scaled to your needs. We can provide our professionals as your single source environmental contact and liaison with State and Federal entities. Services have ranged from asbestos sampling of condemned properties to UST projects at Fire Stations. We are very familiar with the City Manager form of government and comfortable speaking with County Commissioners.

In Georgia, we support and participate with the Georgia Municipal Association and are available to offer training in Soil and Erosion Control Plan Design, OSHA training and general environmental compliance.
